Dato Mohamed Nizam Bin Tun Abdul Razak

A graduate in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Oxford University, UK), Dato Nizam began his career in 1981 when he joined the Corporate Finance Department in Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad. In 1984 he joined GP Securities (now known as PB Securities Sdn Bhd) as General Manager, and later became the CEO in 1992 until his retirement in 1998.

En Zulzurin Merican Bin Zaghlul Merican was trained as an Economist, and has a Bachelor in Econ (Business Admin.)(Hons) Universiti Malaya. He has a Diploma in Accountancy (UiTM), and was a banker with Bank Bumiputra for 17 years before he resigned in 1996.

En Zulzurin was appointed Director of:

• DKLS Industries Berhad in 1996, which was listed on the Second Board of the KLSE. Zulzurin?s indirect interest of 15% of the paid up capital of the company of RM40 million is through the wife, Puan Jamaliah Bee BT Mohamed Shariff. DKLS is involved in construction, property development and extraction of quarry activities. The company has done numerous constructions and development projects both locally and overseas.
• Transmile (M) Sdn. Bhd, a company involved in Leasing of aircrafts. Presently, the estimated annual turnover of the company is in the region of USD 75 million dollars.
• Microlink Systems Sdn.Bhd, a company which provides total banking IT solutions. Under his leadership and guidance, the company has secured many named projects from Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia, POS Malaysia, EON Finance and Hock Hua Bank. Together, the projects are in the region of about RM 100,000,000.00 in value.
